2009 Public Christmas Show Dates:

Cost & Purchase Policies:
Tickets are $80.00 per person and include a served four course dinner, the
entertainment, gratuity on the food and applicable taxes. Tickets are neither
refundable nor transferable to any other date.
If booking prior to September 15, a non refundable deposit of $500.00 is
required to reserve space. The exact number of tickets required and payment for
same is due October 5, 2009.
For bookings received after September 15, full payment is required at
time of booking.
We accept all major credit cards, debit, money orders and certified or company
cheques. Cheques should be made payable to Fort Calgary. Ticket purchase is
not confirmed until payment is received.
Public vs. Private Show:
Groups wanting to book a private murder mystery during the Christmas
season must buy out the House, which is 80 seats. Otherwise we take smaller
groups until the maximum is reached.
Dates when no public shows are planned may be reserved for a minimum of 40
people for a private show.

Tickets include a served four course dinner, the entertainment,

Guests will select from a limited menu on arrival. Special dietary requirements
will gladly be accommodated with advance notice.
Full bar service is available. Unless otherwise advised, we will assume guests
are responsible for their own bar charges.
Tables at the Deane House accommodate between 4 and 10 people. Larger groups
will be seated at tables beside each other.
Schedule:
6:00 pm – Doors open for cocktails
7:00 pm – First course is served
7:05 pm – Murder Mystery begins
10:30 pm – Mystery is solved
1:00 am – Bar closes
Dress Code:
The suggested dress code is business casual.
Location & Parking:
The Deane House is located at 806-9th avenue SW.
Limited parking is available directly behind the House, access from 8th Street
SE. Street parking is available and free parking is offered next door at Fort
Calgary.
If necessary, vehicles may be left in the lot overnight.
