With a strong emphasis placed on vegetables and healthy proteins, our menus are designed to accommodate various dietary concerns. We are always happy to prepare special dishes or variations for those with limitations. Requests and custom menus are a welcome challenge, and we are pleased to create culinary options to fit any budget.

Our culinary team produces all of our menu items with an eye to tradition. No prepackaged sauces, dressings or pre-made products are used. Where possible, we source from local growers and suppliers to deliver fresh, seasonal menus. We are proud to invest time and energy into doing things properly.
